I am writing regarding the cabin you have recently installed at my property.
My cabin installation is now complete and the electrician completed all electrical works yesterday. I wanted to drop an email to say a massive thank you to everyone involved. The service from everyone at Johnsons has been top draw, from Colin at the beginning right through to your installation team and the electrician. All the people that have visited us have been really helpful, courteous and so hard working (Especially in all the rain!!). We really have been very impressed by your service and plenty of our friends and neighbours are equally so. I will not be hesitating to recommend you to family and friends, keep up the great work!

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say how pleased my family have been with the service we have received from your staff.
From the first contact with the sales chap we met at Polhill Garden centre, to the three guys that came to build our log cabin, I couldn’t fault the services.
The initial meeting was very relaxed, informative and at no time did we feel there was a hard sale. The chap at Polhill couldn’t have been friendlier and seemed very passionate about the cabins, although he was reasonably new to the job he was very knowledgeable, his customer service and overall attitude was excellent.
Then on Monday of this week Sam, Adam and Ricky came to build the cabin. They were on time, very polite and explained clearly what they were going to do and just got their heads down and got on with it. I was very impressed with their work ethic and overall attitude, they spoke very well of your company and I think they are great ambassadors for you.
The work was done within the time frame we were told, it was built to a very high standard and they cleaned up after themselves, leaving us to just enjoy the cabin. I very rarely write to a company after having bought something from them, but I felt compelled to write as I think it is important for you to know how your staff are representing you. They were all extremely polite, had excellent customer services skills and a great work ethic.
I would like you to pass on my thanks to all four of the people we dealt with and will happily recommend your company to friends and work colleagues.

Just a quick note to say how impressed we have been with Charlie and the team building our cabin. They are a real credit to the firm. Polite, helpful, extremely hard working and professional. Charlie is due back in the morning to finish off a couple of bit but they have literally packed up to leave now after a long a non stop day of labour. We are hugely impressed and grateful to them. Thanks to to you for your help with everything.

You sold us our Vancouver cabin back in August and your team have just finished putting it up yesterday. I writing this email to one say how pleased I am with the finished product but mainly because I wanted the 2 lads that did the work to get the recognition they deserve.
They are what I would call proper grafters! They worked without a break for the 2 days that they were here, working well into the dark each evening to ensure the job was completed within the 2-day deadline. They were polite and well mannered and left everything just as it was before they were here, clearing any wood/nails etc that been left. Spencer explained everything fully in detail about the aftercare and also his attention to detail both with the cabin and after care did not go unnoticed!
Please pass this email on to the relevant person to ensure that their dedication and hard work is noticed. They are a definite credit to the business.
Lastly, I would like to thank you for all your help with getting our cabin ordered and all your advice whilst doing so.
It has been an absolute pleasure having Danny and Matt install our Cabin. Their total commitment to the job and attention to detail has been paramount.
They took pride in their installation and where a few points didn't sit well with them, they returned to discuss it with us and ensure the job was completed to a high standard.
We are thoroughly satisfied with their work and expertise and would like to commend you on having such an efficient and cheerful team. They were joined by Olly for the flooring and roofing installations, who was also a credit to your staff.

I just want to say a big thank you to your installation team Spencer, Matt, & Aaron who installed my log cabin last week.
They were very professional at all times and very hard working. Nothing was too much for them and they are a credit to your company.

Tony, I had two lads turn up yesterday to put my cabin up.
They were beyond outstanding and I would have them work for me anytime. Can you please pass on my thanks to their boss and to them. These two guys never stopped working all day. They were polite and gave a really good account of the company that they work for.
As a result of this and the service I have had from start to finish, anyone who sees my cabin I will recommend your company without doubt.
No sooner had these two arrived the frame was going together within minutes.
I hope they get their bonus as the felt to finish the job yesterday went missing from their van which stopped them getting it finished in a day.
No mess was left either in my garden and they gave a good explanation on what to paint, how to paint, when to paint, how often and window/door operating instructions and maintenance.

I would just like to say that the whole process has been fantastic. Martin from the Maidstone office came to do the home visit and was the person we spoke to when ordering the cabin. He was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had and was always polite and friendly whenever I saw him.
The team of three who came to build the cabin on Monday did an excellent job. I apologise as I cannot remember their names but all three were professional, extremely hard working and very polite. They completed the job in a much quicker time than I had anticipated and made sure I was happy with various stages before continuing.
The electrician who visited today was also fantastic. He explained two different options for installation very clearly and was extremely patient when I had lots of questions! He also worked very hard and was really polite and friendly. From the questions I asked him I could tell he was very well qualified for the job and I appreciate him taking the time to explain everything so clearly.
Please pass on a huge thanks to all these members of your team. As well as the great quality of the cabin, it is their professionalism and friendly manner that would make me recommend Johnsons in the future.
We would like to thank you for the excellent service that we have received from your staff throughout the process from ordering to installation.
We very much appreciate all that your various staff have done to adjust delivery and installation dates for us.
We would also like to acknowledge the care and professionalism of the installation team in the construction of the cabin and the installation of the electrical services. They are polite and friendly and also cleaned up when finished, to leave everything spotless.
We also had to ask for additional paint that was delivered to us within an hour or so of our request. Amazing service!
We would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone and would be very happy for you to make use of this letter (or any part of it) in the future.

We recently purchased one of your cabins from the Polhill office and wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the whole process from the assistance and guidance we received prior to the purchase, to the construction of the cabin.
On ordering the cabin, Saul was fantastic in answering all our questions and for reassuring us as to how good the cabin would be. During our initial conversation, he provided all the information we needed and didn’t pressure us to purchase (which in my opinion is the best way to sell). He was then incredibly helpful in answering any follow up questions with patience, and undertook two site surveys which again allowed us to be confident about the choice of cabin.
Bradley and Martynas then undertook the installation at the start of November and they were fantastic. Having watched the cabin be built, I was re-assured of the quality of the product and they were also incredibly patient with other aspects of the build too. One example was when it came to deciding exactly where the cabin would be situated, as my wife was out when the decision needed to be made, however Bradley was happy to do other tasks to give her time to return home. We then all made the decision together.
Bradley’s view was that he wanted us to be happy with where it was and he gave us the space to make that decision without trying to hurry us along. It saved stress for us as we were aware that once the build started properly, it couldn’t then be moved. Bradley was also incredibly helpful and informative in other decisions that needed to be made this - approach again made us confident in what we had purchased.
The fact that Johnson’s employ all their installation staff, rather than out sourcing can’t be under-estimated and, in my opinion, is a real differentiator.
