We currently have 14 display villages, all situated in busy garden centres across Kent, Surrey, Essex, London and Hampshire exhibiting our vast range of our popular garden buildings. Johnsons Leisure Limited is England’s leading supplier of top-quality Garden Rooms, Hot Tubs and other Premium Home and Leisure products. We operate from 20 business premises with over 150 employees. We are a robust, customer-facing company, offering longevity and career advancement prospects.

We are currently looking for an experienced full time administrator to join our friendly and dynamic Aftersales Office team.

Based in our bespoke office suite in Sarre you will become part of a team that facilitates our customers’ journey from after the sale has been made, until and after their desirable lifestyle product has been delivered and installed.

The role would suit someone friendly and motivated who derives satisfaction from ensuring our customers receive the best possible service, whether that is prior to delivery and installation or when dealing with warranty claims.

A good understanding of Microsoft Office software is essential and experience with CRM systems would be an advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders and recording data within our systems
  • Diary management for our team of engineers and delivery staff
  • Interacting with customers to answer queries and facilitate their requests
  • Stock control and raising purchase orders
  • Collecting payments from customers
  • Handling warranty claims in a calm, friendly and knowledgeable manner

The Package:

  • Full Time – Monday to Friday
  • Salary – £21,574 per annum

We are a robust customer facing company, offering longevity and career advancement prospects and we are looking for a Yard Operative to work at our site in Challock, Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate and you must be hardworking, honest and trustworthy. You will take pride in your ability to be organised and self-motivated, being able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Forklift Licence is Essential.

 

Responsibilities:

  • All elements of yard stock control.
  • Maintain general housekeeping duties within the yard including stock rotation, cleanliness, tidiness and compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers.
  • Prioritise work to complete it in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Yard & Logistics Manager.

 

Skills

  • Forklift licence is essential.
  • Previous yard experience is essential.
  • Construction background would be preferable.
  • Ability to lift and manoeuvre large objects.
  • Good communication skills.

The Package

  • Daily bonuses.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for DIY and take great pride in their work, they will not be averse to giving the buildings a lick of paint or turning their hand to carpentry or sign erection.  They will be responsible for maintaining the site, clearing debris and doing light repairs where necessary.

Uniform, all tools and materials will be supplied. You must be well presented at all times, with a friendly and good-natured personality as engagement with customers and staff will be a daily occurrence. This job will be perfect for someone with the right temperament that enjoys being able to see the fruit of their labour at the end of a busy day.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all routine and scheduled maintenance of buildings.
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  • Perform renovation and maintenance work and upgrades as directed including painting and carpentry.
  • Prioritise work to complete it in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete daily work log and submit weekly to the manager.
  • Perform other duties as directed.

  • Experience in carpentry is desirable.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Friendly disposition with a positive outlook.

The Package

  • Average of 24 hours per week, 6 hours a day minimum, flexible hours.

Offering unrivalled choice, unbiased advice, quality and value for money, we are looking for a confident, energetic and positive salesperson to manage our brand-new Hot Tub Showroom in a busy location within The View Garden Centre, Rawreth, Wickford in Essex.

Sales experience within the Hot Tub industry would be preferred but not essential.

You would be expected to optimise your branch’s sales leads, offering customers an unrivalled product and customer service which would include home site visits as part of the process.

You must be proactive, and results driven and due to the branch being open seven days a week, be flexible regarding working Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

You will need a full UK driving licence.

Successful applicants will enter at the appropriate level within our tiered employment structure and be working as part of our Delivery & Ground Work Base Installation team, working outside across the South East and beyond. Full training will be provided along with a progression path.

• B+E Towing Licence is preferred and we will prioritise those applicants with a towing licence.

The Package
• Full Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday
• Uniform and correct & current PPE supplied
• Operating in a Covid-19 secure environment

• Salary from circa £22,000 to over £30,000 per annum subject to experience and bonuses
