Our customer Emma has always loved entertaining and having a place for social events. “Something that has been challenging during the pandemic”, she said. After having her deck area damaged by a river that runs at the bottom of her garden, she decided a suitable replacement, was required.
Emma took a trip to her nearest display village, in Farnham, where she discovered our garden rooms and decided that, this would be a perfect addition to her garden. “It would enable us to get closer to nature and use this space at night which we had not been able to do previously”.

“The garden room is a non-digital paradise with a fridge and music to hand. We have a comfy sofa and soft blankets”, Emma explained, “You can read, listen to music or just chat. A wine and beer fridge was a must though!” The overhang from the 4m x 4m Vancouver model that Emma chose, also shelters her from the rain and any falling leaves and branches whilst sitting outside.
The garden room is perfectly situated, high enough to avoid any damage from a flooding river but, still within distance to enjoy the river views all year round.

We are experiencing a part of our garden that we hardly had any time in, it makes us feel like we are on holiday which, is really needed at the moment”, said Emma. “We have already seen deer, water birds and pheasants. We love it and would recommend it to anyone and, we are looking forward to having friends round to see it as well”.
Emma’s building is a Vancouver 4m x 4m built including roof and floor insulation. She has painted in an attractive green with charcoal grey shingles. She discovered our Garden Rooms at our Display Village in Farnham, Hampshire where she was able to see and feel the quality of the timber for herself before deciding on her chosen model at her leisure.
